Co-founder. 2019 – Present.

• Planning, promoting, and hosting LGBTQ+ nightlife events, fostering art and community in a neglected niche of Boston’s cultural landscape.
• Designing engaging fliers, marketing materials, and other assets for both print and digital applications, boosting awareness and attendance.
• Creating, installing, and running video art and lighting installations, setting a memorable and immersive atmosphere.
• Communication with venues, performers, and technical teams to ensure smooth planning and operation of events.

Brand Designer. 2020 – 2023.

• Collaborated with the Design Lab team to establish and document unified visual brand standards for product, marketing, and commercial applications, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Designed a wide range of assets—including icons, illustrations, social media graphics, and email templates—aligned with the new brand standards to enhance visual storytelling.
• Managed and maintained Figma asset libraries (icons, illustrations, color palettes, typography) for KAYAK and eight affiliated brands, ensuring accessibility and consistency across design teams.
• Partnered with the KAYAK Hotels team to develop digital and print assets for KAYAK-owned boutique hotels, supporting brand launches and ongoing operations.
• Assisted with the creation of a distinct ‘sub-brand’ identity for KAYAK for Business, reinforcing brand differentiation within the corporate travel space.
• Designed internal communication materials, including slide decks and employee surveys, to enhance company-wide engagement and clarity.
• Worked closely with the Diversity and Inclusion team to develop a cohesive visual identity and supporting assets, amplifying DEI initiatives across the organization.

Customer Support. 2018 – 2020.

• Provided technical support for insurance software over the phone and via live text chat, explaining complex (and often buggy) tasks to non-tech-savvy users.
• Trained new hires on processes and best practices, teaching both job-specific technical skills (such as Excel spreadsheet shortcuts, database information updates, or navigating software) and interpersonal skills (such as phone etiquette, spotting scams, or de-escalating conflicts.)

Library Clerk. 2015 – 2018.

• Learned and performed operational duties (opening, closing, circulation, shelving, acquisitions, cataloging) in a manner consistent with existing policies and practices.
• Contributed to the success of students and faculty by directing them to relevant research materials and training them on the use of library tools and resources.
• Assembled seasonal displays that stimulated patron interest in borrowing from the collection.
• Designed and placed signage to allow for easier navigation of the bookshelves; this involved a survey of the shelves, a re-numbering of the signs, and selecting typography more consistent with the BAC’s brand.
